Most shooters have the standard button for firing a weapon, a button for the special weapon and another button for a rapid fire for the primary weapon. Controls in Capcom Arcade Stadium are varied depending on the game that you are playing. In our play testing, we did not hear anything that would be offensive to younger gamers, however keep in mind as these games were debut and released during the 80’s and 90’s that there is some if anything little language in the game. As the games are all from the 80’s and 90’s era, most if not all games are presented in stereo 2.0 sound but all of the games in the collections are in the sounds that the games that you remember hearing in the original games. The overall Arcade area is nice to hear all of the games in the background at once to give to an old school feel of being in an arcade and hearing all of the sounds from each machine in demo mode. As the series is a collection of different games, all of the sound effects that you would expect to hear from the games that you play. Audio in the Capcom Arcade Stadium is not that bad at all. In our play testing, outside of dated content, there was nothing offensive that we saw during the review. As the games are different, the colors on the screen are different depending on the game but overall the Arcade series does not offer a colorblind mode, however most colors are easy to see on the screen. As each game is different from each other, the level to make sure that the original game graphics are there from the original source. The game offers the CRT look that some older monitors had in the arcades and other ways to view each game from changing the orientation of the game to the viewing angle of gameplay. ![]() ![]() Each graphic look for each game is done with the detail that you remember from the original game itself from the arcade. The Game Visuals are expected from what you would remember from the arcades. The series offers a arcade to showcase the games as well a rewind mode for most games as well infinite lives, multiplayer and online leaderboards. The collections has 30 different games from the old school shooters, to the fighting series and 2D side scrollers from the golden age of arcade gaming. In this arcade collection from Capcom, you have the chance to play some of their greatest games from their arcade days.
